City Hall is located at 325 Court Street in downtown Sault Ste. Marie. Most departments are open Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., except from noon to 1:00 pm. Payments for various City services including water bills and taxes are received at the Treasurer’s Office which is located off the lobby at City Hall. The payment window closes at 4:30 pm - A drop-box is available outside of normal business hours with those payments being credited the next business day.
